WARRANTY - Aardvark warrants its machines against defective materials and workmanship for one year from arrival in country. Aardvark reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at its best judgement.
The warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. The customer will only use fuel and lubricants approved by Aardvark, and will comply with servicing requirements as specified in the Aardvark manuals.
2. The machine is operated and maintained by qualified personnel trained by Aardvark, and in accordance with Aardvark manuals.
3. Blast damage from mines or any other ordnance is expressly excluded.
MANUALS - All Aardvark landmine clearance machines are supported by operator’s manuals, workshop manuals, and illustrated parts lists. These are supplied in the English language.
Before shipment, all Aardvark machines are thoroughly checked and run in at Aardvark’s testing ground in Scotland. On arrival in country each machine is re-checked and commissioned by Aardvark engineers before handover.
TRAINING - Aardvark instructors can provide a full training programme for customer’s operators and for their mechanics with a normal course duration of one month. The preferred venue is in the client’s own country immediately after commissioning, but may be carried out at Aardvark’s premises in Scotland. Students are provided with all the relevant manuals during the course, and are presented with a certificate on successful completion.
At the client’s request, Aardvark can also provide operators and mechanics to support ongoing operations for any length of project.
SPARES - Each machine delivered is usually accompanied by a comprehensive spares package which can be matched to the client's requirements. Aardvark also maintains a large and comprehensive range of spares and any urgently needed spares can usually be shipped within 48 hours of order.
Aardvark maintains a policy of continual improvement and efficiency, and is proud of its friendly relationships with its clients, and its after sales support provided to its customers.
